This is How Malcolm Hill Quilts began…
Hello. My name is Roseann Minafo and welcome to my quilting website Malcolm Hill Quilts. Ever since I was a young girl I have always been fascinated with sewing, quilting, crochet, knitting, hand embroidery and anything that either my Aunt or my Grandmother would try to teach me. We lived in a multi generation home in San Francisco and my grandmother's sewing skills were a gift to me. Later on my Aunt taught me to sew and quilt and I've been hooked ever since. I love 100% cotton fabric and linen. That's all I work with. I would love to restore your family’s quilt and assemble a top that you've created or have you purchase one of my homemade quilts. I also offer one on one classes and rent out my long arm with my guidance by the hour. To me, being surrounded by beautiful colors, having quiet time to yourself and enough time to let the creative mind take over is second to none. Wherever you are in your skill level, whatever you have made so far, can become even more beautiful, just don't stop creating. Please join me in this journey of my love of quilting!
